  • Pay the fees outlined in your chosen plan, billed on a recurring basis.
  • Provide accurate billing information and authorize payment processing.
  • Cancel your subscription at any time; no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

3. Generated Content

You retain ownership of videos generated through LuxGenVidusing your prompts. However:

  • You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and generated content do not infringe on third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks).
  • We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.
  • We may use anonymized usage data to improve our AI models and services. You can opt out by sending an email to service@luxgenvid.com.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Videos generated by LuxGenVid are created using AI technology. While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee that all generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before use.

5. Intellectual Property

LuxGenVid's platform, including its design, code, AI models, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. Upon termination:

  • Your access to LuxGenVid will end.
  • We may delete your generated videos, subject to applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

LuxGenVid is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of AI-generated content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of our platform, including lost profits or data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date, and significant changes will be communicated to you. Continued use of LuxGenVid after updates constitutes acceptance.
